| Ushqimi i cili siguron substanca tė bollshme ushqyese nga thekra, rrit ndjenjėn e tė ngopurit dhe ul sasinė e ushqimit tė konsumuar gjatė ditės.
Megjithėse ende nuk ėshtė e qartė se si ndodh kjo, studimet e fundit qartas kanė zbuluar se lėndėt ushqyese pėrbėrėse tė thekrės, shkaktojnė njė ngopje shumė mė tė madhe se drithėrat tjera, pėr shembull gruri.
Edhe pse janė tė nevojshme edhe studime shtesė, ky zbulim do tė mund tė jetė njė armė shumė e mirė nė luftėn kundėr trashėsisė, thonė studiuesit. | |
